PLDT Rolls Out Centralized Hashtag Hotline For Jollibee’s Fastfood Brands

Telecom giant PLDT, through its corporate business arm PLDT Enterprise, continues to expand its partnership with the Jollibee Food Corporation as it launches a centralized hashtag hotline for its big fast food brands.

With the PLDT #MyNumber service, customers can now call one phone number to order their favorite meals from Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking, Burger King, and Mang Inasal. The centralized hashtag hotline enables customers from anywhere in the country to request for food delivery from these fast food brands’ more than 3,000 stores nationwide.

PLDT #MyNumber, the first of its kind in the Philippines and powered by its nationwidest network, truly enables enterprises to provide their customers with ease of access and connection using a single, easy-to-remember number  that their customer can reach across the country’s nationwidest network. Using the hotline also allows for greater brand recognition and recall, with one number associated with just one enterprise.

Customer engagement is also enhanced by PLDT #MyNumber as it enables customers to call the hotline from any PLDT landline. Smart, Talk ‘N Text, and Sun subscribers also enjoy a lower per-minute cost as compared to conventional mobile to landline costs, making calls to the hotline convenient for customers almost anywhere. In addition, PLDT #MyNumber reduces unnecessary costs needed for multiple contact numbers as it only needs a single #MyNumber system.
