My House Husband Ikaw Na! Presscon with Eugene Domingo, Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo

To begin with, I would like to state first that for the first time, a local movie outfit, Octo Arts Films, has dedicated a promo exclusive to the Bloggers. I am thankful to Octo Arts Films and everyone involved in the movie “My House Husband Ikaw Na!” for giving this rare opportunity for us Bloggers.

This Blogger meet-up is a series of events which started with a very candid and personal interview with its movie director, Jose Javier Reyes or simply Direk Joey Reyes.

It was followed by one of my favorite comedienne, THE Eugene Domingo. This is not my 1st time to encounter her as I have attended also a presscon for her “Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank” and from that moment, I told myself that Eugene Domingo is not just a talented actress but also a woman with substance.

Last November 30, Bloggers gathered to meet Eugene Domingo at Kenny Roger’s Roaster along Katipunan, Quezon City.

I’ve been following Eugene Domingo’s career since I first saw her as Aiai Dela Alas‘ loud best friend in “Ang Tanging Ina“. I always believed she has the potential to make it big and it shows with the blockbuster success of her 1st lead role via “Kimmy Dora” which I wont deny lining up for the last full show just to see it.

During the press conference, Eugene Domingo was honest enough especially when she admits that she isn’t familiar with how Bloggers works and that this was her 1st time to meet a group of Bloggers. But nevertheless, she still candidly opened up on some of her personal views and her witty remarks and not the mention how she makes fun (in a good way) of the Bloggers asking questions at her.

I admire Eugene Domingo’s frankness and humor and she makes the entire room lively. All jokes thrown were never offensive and she still gives serious comments to all questions raised to her.

All I can say is Eugene Domingo is a versatile actress. She have tried almost everything and is still willing to try everything for the sake of her career. And she enjoyed every minute with it. That’s how passionate she is as an actress and I admire her more for that. We were told that she was supposed to stay in a limited time but then, she stayed some more to extend the interview and the chance to have our photos taken with her.

After meeting Eugene Domingo, another press conference was called and this time, with “My House Husband Ikaw Na!” lead stars Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo.

Bloggers got the chance to talk to the powerful celebrity couple (and one of the most admired couple in the entertainment industry) last December 07.

We waited for them for couple of hours because the film outfit decided to have a pocket interview first with the press but it was all worth it because Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo also gave us a good interview.

Like Eugene Domingo, this is also the 1st time for the celebrity couple to attend a Blogger Presscon. And we are all amaze how amazed Judy Ann Santos is with how powerful the new media is.

Both Judy Ann and Ryan gave a very candid interview and gamely answered all our questions. It was a fun interview because the power couple never gives a dull moment with us Bloggers.
