Gwendoline Ruais Crowned 1st Miss World Philippines!

21-Year old Gwendoline Ruais from Muntinlupa City was crowned Miss World Philippines last night!

Last year’s Miss World 2010 winner Alexandra Mills passed the crown to Miss Ruais, said to be a veteran now in beauty pageants, at the Grand Pageant Night held at the PICC Plenary Hall and was broadcasted live over Kapuso Network GMA 7.

Ms. Ruais become the 1st Miss World Philippines winner (after Miss World Limited decided to leave the Binibining Pilipinas Charity and gave its Exclusive License of Miss World to
