Krispy Kreme Finally Opens Its First Store In The South!

Half a decade ago, Krispy Kreme arrived in the Philippines and every Pinoy got a taste of the delightful sweetness and distinct confectionery experience of their famous doughnuts.

Today, Krispy Kreme marks another milestone as it opens its 24th branch and first store in the South! Finally, I can now enjoy my favorite glazed doughnuts and chocolate chocolate chillers because my house is just near Krispy Kreme’s store in Filinvest Festival Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Filinvest Mall is one of the biggest shopping and leisure destinations in Alabang. Krispy Kreme’s store is located at the 2nd floor near Shopwise. The newest branch makes its products accessible to coffee and doughnut lovers like me because it’s been a long time hassle to drive all the way to the northern part of the city just to buy a box of doughnuts. Although it’s not really an issue because I love to share my favorite doughnuts to my family because they also love Krispy Kreme.

Last night, a grand store opening was held and of course, I didn’t pass this opportunity because I’ve been waiting for this moment to happen. The event was jampacked and doughnuts are overflowing! Spotted during the event is Muntinlupa Congressman Raffy Biazon who was also a big fan of Krispy Kreme. He even tweeted about Krispy Kreme after gracing the event. ;-)

He also added: “So for people in the south who crave the lip-smacking taste of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, best paired with Krispy Kreme coffee, there’s no need to drive that far to enjoy these delectable treats. Krispy Kreme’s Hotlight is now lighting up the south to make sure you get your favorite Krispy Kreme treat hot and fresh.”
