Being a Blogger sure gave me a lot of perks and 2010 is a blessing for me because I get to try new things – whether it’s a new place, a new product and all that freebies. But this 2012, I decided to share my blessings to my family. And it sure feels great.

To celebrate the New Year, I decided to treat my family at Hotel H20 in Manila Ocean Park. But first off, I would like to thank Dr. Eric Tan for the discount he provided for our hotel room accommodation. The discount was good enough to budget our 2-day stay at the Hotel H20.

After attending the 1st mass of the year at Springville Camella Chapel in Molino, Cavite, we arrived at Manila Ocean Park around 12 noon. Because it’s a holiday, I expected it to be crowded. And a reminder to anyone who’s planning to try Hotel H20, I strongly advise that you book it earlier. Their rates also changes everyday and it’s cheaper to book it on weekdays.

I availed the Park View (original rate of the day Php 7,320 net) and their most popular room, Aqua (original rate of the day was Php 9,760.00 net). We all loved the Aqua room simply because its wall is a huge aquarium with different kinds of fishes. I personally loved the interior design and the bed itself. The only thing that is a bit awkward in these rooms are the lack of privacy because all their toilets/bathroom are glass-walled or a little tinted. I
