Ivory Music & Video, Inc. is proud to announce the forthcoming release of probably David Archuleta‘s last album before his intended 2-year break from the music scene to embark on an important spiritual mission.

“David Archuelta… Forevermore” is a collection of all-original Filipino classic love songs written and composed of some of the country’s renowned songwriters like Ogie Alcasid, Louie Ocampo, Martin Nievera, Jay Durias, Jimmy Antiporda, Cecil Azarcon, among others.

Yesterday (February 15), David Archuleta held a album press conference at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel to promote his 1st OPM album, his other projects in the Philippines, and his 2-year spiritual mission.

Sony Music Philippines’ General Manager Narciso Chan even awarded David Archuleta a Plaque of Appreciation for supporting Original Pilipino Music.

Here are some video clips from David Archuleta’s “Forevermore” album press conference:

David Archuleta arrived in the Philippines last January 13 to do the mini-series “Nandito Ako” for TV5. His stay gave more opportunity to the charming American Idol finalist as he become the latest endorser for Bench clothing company. Expect his billboards all over EDSA once the promotion started.

Also, he did a cute commercial for Ate Vangie – Pinoy Virtual Assistant (a spoof to the iPhone‘s Siri). You can check out the hillarious video below:

Going back to David Archuleta’s new album, “Forevermore” includes the tracks “You Are My Song” (originally recorded by Regine Velasquez / Martin Nievera), “I’ll Never Go” (originally recorded by Neocolors), “Reaching Out” (originally recorded Gary Valenciano), “Rainbow” (originally recorded by Southborder), “Tell Me” (originally recorded by Joey Albert), “Hold On” and the title track “Forevermore” (originally recorded by Side A).

Although David Archuleta recorded the tagalog song, “Nandito Ako“, it will not be included in the Forevermore album’s song line up. But you can watch a teaser video for his upcoming teleserye for TV 5 here:

David Archuleta dedicates new album to his Filipino fans and supporters who remained loyal through the years. “Forevermore” is a tribute to his countless Filipino fans and David Archuleta wanted his fans to know that he loves and appreciates them, wherever he may go… forevermore.

Since David Archuleta have limited time and only did the album cover pictorial the other day (February 14), the new album is expected to be released by March 2012 exclusively under Ivory Music & Video for only Php 430.00.

Last February 13, David Archuleta already did a pre-album signing at the Astroplus store in SM Megamall.
