Artista Academy Announces The Final 6!

Artista Academy has finally chosen its Final 6!

After a nerve-wrecking performances earlier at the Artista Academy Face-Off Live Exam to win the votes of the judges and text voters, Artista Academy has picked Mark Neumann and Shaira Mae for the show’s Honors’ List or the Final 6. The two members of The Danger 4 will now be joining the Top 4 students Akihiro Blanco, Vin Abrenica, Chanel Morales and Sophie Albert and will soon battle out all the way to the grand finals for the Php 20 Million combined total prizes and the chance to become the next lead stars of TV5.

Before the announcement, The Danger 4 (Benjo Leoncio, Mark Neumann, Malak So Shidfat, Shaira Mae) and the Tropang Kick-Out (Chris Leonardo, Jon Orlando, Brent Manzano, Marvelous Alejo, Nicole Estrada, Stephanie Rowe) was given equal chances to prove themselves worthy of the last two slots to the Final 6. They were given the “performances of their lives” at the Live Exam held earlier for this make-or-break opportunity to stay in the competition all the way to the grand finals.

The big face-off that happened earlier was in fact a revelation to those who had followed the Top 16 students from the very beginning of the show. I’m happy with the result because one of my bet, Mark Neumann, whom I already noticed his charm during the Artista Academy Grand Audition, is now part of the Final 6. But obviously, he will be having a hard time competing with crowd favorite Akihiro Blanco and with Aljur Abrenica‘s brother, Vin Abrenica. For the ladies, I am rooting for Channel Morales although one of my other bet was Stephanie Rowe who performed my favorite Zia Quizon track ‘Ako Na Lang Sana‘ in her cutest tone.

Although the rest didn’t make it, I am pretty sure TV 5 will still be getting them as they have picked the best-looking contestants in a talent competition. Everyone showed potential of making it big in the future but for now, congratulations first to the Final 6 and looking forward to see your stars shine in the future!
