“What Good Were You Able To Do Today?” #macaroonsforacause

Despite having so many problems, whenever we hear, read or watch good news about other people doing some random act of kindness, aren’t we all happy about it?

But personally, when was the last time you did your part of spreading kindness to mankind? Have you ever asked yourself, “What good were you able to do today?”

According to wikipedia, random act of kindness is a selfless act performed by a person or people wishing to either assist or cheer up an individual person or people. The phrase may have been coined by Anne Herbert, who says that she wrote “Practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty” on a place mat at a Sausalito restaurant in 1982 or 1983. Either spontaneous or planned, random acts of kindness are encouraged by various communities.

And Red Ribbon is doing just that with their “Macaroons for a Cause” promo. Whenever you purchase a pack of Red Ribbon’s macaroons, you are already helping the cause of bridging the education gap in the Philippines. By purchasing the product, it is already a random act of kindness in itself. You can actually know more about the campaign by visiting this website.
