New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI), the premier developer of Victoria De Manila 2, celebrated another momentous event.
The company held its Topping-Off Ceremony last April 27, 2017 which took place at the Victoria De Manila 2 condominium site located at Taft Avenue cor. Gen Malvar St. Manila.
