Founder of modern laser therapy Dr. med. Dipl. chem. Michael Weber has come to Manila. Dr. Weber is a certified biochemist and medical doctor who has been practicing for more than 20 years in Germany.

He is the Leader of three medical centers for general and internal medicine and is the President of the International Society for Medical Laser Applications. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal for Medical Laser Applications.
