After years of speculations about a possible reunion, The Spice Girls have finally revealed they are touring again, this time without founding member Victoria Beckham.
Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm, and Geri Horner (née Geri Halliwell) will commence a six-date UK tour on June 1, 2019 at Manchester Etihad stadium with support from UK singer-songwriter Jess Glynne.
An official Facebook Page, Instagram and Twitter accounts were made to officially welcome the most successful and iconic girl band. The girls also appeared in a video to announce their Spice World – 2019 UK Tour dates.
As for Victoria Beckham, she posted this sweet message in support for the girls decision to tour again:
“Today marks a special day for the girls as they announce the first tour dates since we performed together in 2012! I wont be joining my girls on stage again but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish my girls so much love and fun as they go back on tour. I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time!”
