The Younghusband brothers are two of the most familiar faces in Philippine sports today. Aside from being members of the famous Philippine Azkals, they are often seen on television endorsing various top brands and appearing on a regular TV segment called Football Younghusband Instructional (FYI).
Phil and James grew up leading energetic lives. They are naturally active since childhood and continue to do so whether its football season or not. According to them, they spend almost the whole day practicing football during game season. Their training regimen involves shaping up in the days leading to a game.
