Do you love taking pictures of your food in a restaurant before eating? Then here’s a food photo contest just for you!
It’s easy! Here’s how to join:
1. Take a picture of your food from your favorite restaurant.
2. Like the Entrepreneur & Franchise Expo Facebook Page.
3. Upload your photo in the Food Lovers Photo contest application in the Entrepreneur & Franchise Expo FB page.
4. Share with friends to vote for your entry!
Eligibility
- The photo contest is open to all Filipinos ages 18 years old and up.
- Participants will be required to provide two (2) government-issued IDs or documents attesting to their identity when needed.
- Employees of MediaCom Solutions Inc., its officers, affiliates, sponsors promotional partners and its immediate family members are NOT eligible to join the contest.
- Contest entry is FREE.
Guidelines
- Contestants are allowed to submit one (1) photo only. Non-winners may still join the contest on the following weeks.
- Photo entry taken within a restaurant and on the week it’s submitted shall qualify.
- Photo entry must be accompanied with a caption of where restaurant the picture was taken
- Instructions shall be followed to qualify.
Submission period
Contest will run from March 24 to June 9, 2014
Weekly submissions will start every Mondays, 12:00 noon and ends on a Fridays at 5:00 pm.
Voting period
Weekly voting automatically starts upon uploading of entry and will end on Mondays at 9:00 am of the succeeding week it’s been uploaded.
Judging
- Weekly finalists will be determine on a weekly basis according to the number of votes
- All weekly finalist’s photos will be displayed at the photo exhibit during the Entrepreneur & Franchise Expo on June 27-29, 2014 as entry for the grand photo contest.
- Grand Winner will be determine by a committee according to the criteria outlined below:

Content (information, emotion, and subject impact) 30%
Composition (Framing, background, design elements) 25%
Creativity (style, uniqueness, originality) 20%
Technical Quality (lighting, contrast, exposure focus) 15%
Audience Impact (number of onsite votes from Expo visitors) 10%
Prizes
- Weekly finalists will received a minor prize of Five hundred Pesos worth of gift pack /GC and Certificate of Recognition to be awarded during the expo proper.
- Grand Winner will received the following:
- Cash Prize worth Three thousand Pesos (P3,000)
- Digital Camera from Sponsoring brand
- Plaque of Recognition
- A chance to be included in the Post Event Feature in a partner Magazine
- PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD will be given to the highest number of onsite votes
- Cash Prize worth One thousand Pesos (P1,000)
- Certificate of Recognition as People’s Choice Awardee

- MediaCom Solutions Inc, the Official Organizer of Entrepreneur & Franchise Expo reserves the rights with all the entry materials submitted in relation with the contest. Thus, all entries will be considered as property of the organizer, solely, completely and without limitation as to place, purpose, use and time.
- Winning photos, including photographer’s name and photo caption, will be displayed publicly as part of Entrepreneur & Franchise Expo 2014, and used for other promotions and projects as determined by MediaCom Solutions Inc.
- Full names and/or other contact information submitted will not be included in publications or released in any ways to third parties.
