ANIPLUS Asia, the destination for everything anime is now here in the Philippines, first seen on SKY.
The 24-hour general entertainment channel brings the latest and hottest anime series in Japan like “Sword Oratoria: Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?,” “GRANBLUE FANTASY The Animation,” and the second season of the global phenomenon, “Attack on Titan” which are highly awaited by hard core anime fans.
“Sword Oratoria: Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in Dungeon?” is the spin-off of the popular manga and anime “Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?,” also known as ‘DanMachi.’ It follows Sword princess Ais Wallendstein and the action happening in in the dungeon in Orario. It airs right after Japan in the Philippines at 12:30 AM. There will be encore telecasts every Saturday at 11:00 PM.
Originally a mobile game by Cygames, “GRANBLUE FANTASY The Animation,” is a highly anticipated anime in Japan. It’s about Gran and Lyria, two kids on the run from an empire trying to dominate their world of skies. Watch it right after it airs in Japan every Saturday at 12:30 AM, and an encore broadcast every Sunday at 6:30 PM.
Season 2 of “Attack on Titan” picks up where the previous season left off, with the discovery of a Titan within a wall. Fans are sure to enjoy another action-filled season with Erin, Mikasa, and Armin as they try to take the world back from Titans. Fresh episodes premiere every Sunday at 6 PM, right after Japan, with an encore at 10 PM the same day.
ANIPLUS Asia is available to subscribers of SKY with One SKY, SKYcable and Destiny digital subscribers in Metro Manila on channel 139. The channel is open and free until July 14, after which it will be available as an add-on channel via SKY Select for P100/month.
