5280 Media recording artist Camryn will “set the night on fire” as they team up with One Direction (1D) on their sold-out arena tour, which kicks off May 22 in Connecticut.
One Direction is made up of five talented boys namely Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan. The band was formed at the bootcamp stage of The X Factor 2010 where they placed 3rd in the Finals. They have an album out “Up All Night” and is released in the Philippines under Sony Music thru Ivory Music & Videos.
Camryn, on the other hand, already have 1.4 million Facebook fans and over 100,000 followers on Twitter to date. Camryn’s fan base continues to grow exponentially by the day. Just last month, she made her concert debut in Asia with another international superstar Greyson Chance, performing for fans in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
“I’ve been touring non-stop over the last year, but I cannot even begin to describe how excited and honored I feel to share the stage with 1D,” she explains. “I got to see them in concert during their last tour and it was an incredible, inspiring show.”
Camryn’s new single, “Set The Night On Fire,” is currently in rotation at Top 40 radio in Asia and debuted on US radio this week. She is also working on a television project with Peter Murrieta, executive producer of Wizards of Waverly Place.
