Student photo enthusiasts are invited to join the 27th Visual Arts National Competition of Directories Philippines Corporation (DPC) and the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT).
Qualified participants, 15-24 years of age and currently enrolled in any local school, stand to win trophies, plus prizes in cash and kind for themselves and their schools. Winning photographs will be featured in covers of PLDT phone directories and DPC Yellow Pages all over the Philippines.
For the second year in a row, the contest is using digital photography as the medium for entry, evolving from a quarter-century tradition of painting competitions.
