After a year-long search around the Metro for the freshest young musical talents – among hundreds who tried their luck and showcased their skill in singing and dancing Koreen Medina won the grand prize at the Coca-Cola Music: Talent Search The Finals last December 17, 2011.
Although she didn’t make it at the Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2, Koreen Medina got her biggest break after winning the Coca-Cola talent search and also, for bagging the crown for “Happy Yippee Yehey” beauty pageant ‘My Girl‘ at ABS-CBN last January 2012.
At the Coca-Cola Music’s “Agawin Ang Eksena” talent search, Koreen Medina walked home with the grand prize of Php 250,000.00 and a Sony Music Philippines record deal.
