Inspired by some artists like TOTO, Kenny Rankin, Steely Dan, Richard Marx, Sergio Mendes and Kenny Logins, Joey G is still one of the best balladeers of the OPM scene. He has been in the music industry for more than twenty-five years and he has performed in various international music scenes like in Japan, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Now, almost at his thirtieth year in his musical career, Joey G is still the same voice that had melted your heart for years. The irresistible front man of the Side A band admits that this solo feat, apart from the Side A band, was a fulfilment of his dreams. According to him, it was a return to his folk roots before his career took off in the path of the Filipino pop music industry. Always a full-time musician, this time, Joey G makes a name for himself and outside the fame of his band, Side A.
