The beautiful Miss Philippines Earth 2013 delegates, in partnership with the SM Supermarket, Savemore Market, and SM Hypermarket, visited SM branches to spread environmental awareness and green advocacies.

Together, they have reached people from different walks of life and talking to them on how little changes in lifestyle can have a big impact on the Earth. One of which is by bringing your own SM Greenbag when shopping at SM to lessen the possibility of having poorly disposed single-use throw-away plastic bags ending up clogging waterways and causing devastating floods. The girls also hand over various indigenous seedlings in SM Greenbags to spectators in every event to encourage them to start planting. The combination of seedlings and SM Greenbag is a nice jumpstart for people to make that lifestyle shift; for them to be encouraged to plant trees and to Join the M.O.B. (MyOwnBag).

And on the cultural night organized by the SM Food Group, the girls shine like stars amidst a night sky showcasing their cultural heritage, proudly wearing their hometown
