To kick-off its grand 20th anniversary celebration, Star Cinema, the country’s largest film production company producing most of the highest grossing Filipino films of all time, is set to release a powerhouse movie titled “4 Sisters and A Wedding,” featuring four of this generation’s top caliber actresses — Toni Gonzaga, Bea Alonzo, Angel Locsin, Shaina Magdayao.

Directed by box-office director Cathy Garcia-Molina, “4 Sisters and A Wedding” also features award-winning actor Enchong Dee who will play the role of CJ the baby brother of the Salazar sisters, namely Teddie (Toni), the eldest, who works in Spain; Bobbie (Bea), who is now successful in New York; Alex (Angel), the third child who is a Manila-based independent film assistant director; and Gabbie (Shaina), a school teacher who lives at home together with their mother (Connie Reyes).

After a few years of not being together as a whole family, they find themselves reuniting when CJ announces his plan to marry his three-month girlfriend. As they interact with each other for the wedding, the Salazar siblings also face the feelings and issues they’ve tried to keep for the longest time.

An unforgettable romantic comedy about family relationships; siblings who have grown together and fell apart; and unconditional love; Star Cinema’s 20th anniversary initial offering, “4 Sisters and A Wedding” will hit cinemas nationwide on June 26, 2013.
