Acknowledging the importance of a healthy lifestyle, Unilab Fit To Win (FTW) Youth Club members from all over Metro Manila took their first step to achieving a healthier mind, body and spirit. The Unilab FTW Youth Club aims to instill the importance of a healthy lifestyle among Filipino college students by providing them access to various wellness programs and activities.
