The Lobby at Acacia offers ala carte dining featuring a well-planned menu of dishes inspired from various cuisines giving guests a taste of quality international choices. The inspiration behind the menu is fusion of traditional and modern oriental flavors.  Head Chef Aldo Palayapay had this to say about how he created the menu “We wanted to give our guests variety when it came to choices but at the same time we also did not want to overwhelm them. My team and I handpicked international and local dishes which we thought anyone would enjoy. We gave each dish our own touch so we’re hoping they will like our version. Furthermore, we made the prices affordable with nothing more than P1,000.00 per dish”.
