With The Lego Movie hitting cinemas this February, McDonald’s is giving kids and kids-at-heart a chance to experience the fun and adventure at McDonald’s with the new The Lego Movie Happy Meal!
For every purchase of a Happy Meal, customers can also take home one of eight The Lego Movie 3D collectible cups. Featuring The Lego Movie characters Emmet, a perfectly average Lego minifigure, mistakenly identified as the key to saving the world; the fearless Wyldstyle, who guides Emmet on his quest; Vitruvius, an aged mystic; the mysterious Batman; and other characters, Bad Cop, Unikitty, Metal Beard and Benny, everyone is sure to enjoy building their collection.
McDonald’s is also giving customers a chance to win a trip for four (4) to Legoland Resort Malaysia! Simply upload a photo of you and your The Lego Movie 3D collectible cup’s adventure in The Lego Movie Challenge tab at www.facebook.com/mcdo.ph. One lucky winner will be determined via a random draw and will receive:
1) airfare for a group of four (4) from the Philippines to Malaysia;
2) free transportation from the airport to the hotel and back;
3) free accommodation for three (3) days and two (2) nights at Legoland Resort Malaysia; and
4) free entry to the Legoland Resort Malaysia theme park and water park for two (2) days for (4) people.

1. Duration
This promo will run from February 4 to 24, 2014.
2. Eligibility
This contest is open to Filipino citizens, residing in the Philippines with a Facebook account.
3. Mechanics
‘Like’ the McDonald’s Philippines Facebook page, www.facebook.com/McDo.ph.
Open the “THE LEGO® MOVIE Challenge” tab with your Facebook account and submit the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Mailing address
Upload a creative photo of you and your THE LEGO® MOVIE collectible cup.
The photo entry must be clear and recognizable with THE LEGO® MOVIE Happy Meal collectible cup. Once approved, it will be included in the gallery of tab.
The Facebook account holder will be listed as the owner of the photo entry.
Participants are allowed to submit more than one entry.
One winner will receive a trip for four (4) to LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort, inclusive of the following:
- Airfare (economy) for a group of four (4) from the Philippines to Malaysia;
- Free transportation from the airport to the hotel and back;
- Three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodation at LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort Hotel;
- Free entry to LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort theme park and water park for two (2) days for four (4) people.
4. Notifications of Winners
One winner of a trip for four (4) to LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort will be selected through a random draw in the presence of a DTI representative.
Raffle draw will be on February 28, 2014, 4PM, and winners will be announced on March 5, 2014.
5. Other Terms
The winner will be notified via the registered email address and a Facebook message. An official announcement will also be posted on the McDonald’s Philippines Facebook fan page.
McDonald’s Philippines will contact the winner and inform them of details of claiming the prize.
To claim the prize, the winner must present the collectible cup he/she used together with a single/accumulated official receipt showing purchase of 4 Happy Meals in the period of February 4 to 24, 2014.
Kids can also enter Legoland Resort Malaysia for free with every purchase of an adult pass with the Kids-Go-Free voucher found in this month’s Happy Meal box!
