Radyo5 92.3 News FM, the country’s first and only news and talk radio station in the FM band and the pioneer in citizen journalism on wheels via the award-winning “Taxi Squad”, readily ends the year with a big bang as it marks its upcoming 4th year anniversary with a groundbreaking milestone.

Despite being in the industry for just a relatively short time, Radyo5 has successfully dominated the airwaves for the third year in a row, lording over the ratings game and ranking as the #1 preferred radio station among PUVs — taxis, FX shuttles and jeepneys alike. Moreover, according to the latest data of PSRC’s “Traffic Light: A Car Co-Incidental Study”, Radyo5’s unprecedented performance likewise translates to its dominance over long-running and popular news radio stations in the AM band.

And as a simple yet special way to give back to loyal listeners and followers for making it the undisputed no. 1 news and talk station in the FM band since 2012, Radyo5 92.3 News FM kicks-off its upcoming 4th year anniversary with an exciting on-air promo contest with big prizes up for grabs!

The air waves will definitely be buzzing up until November 30, with all of your favorite Radyo5 anchors — led by News5 Head Luchi Cruz-Valdes, TV5 resident legal analyst Atty. Mel Sta. Maria, Raffy Tulfo, Erwin Tulfo, Danton Remoto, Cristy Fermin, among many more others — joining forces anew as they give away a total of 264 special gift packs to the winning participants of this week-long contest. To keep things even more fun and unpredictable, all anchors on deck will be also be adding their own personal touch to the contest, as all 18 Radyo5 programs will be introducing a unique set of mechanics for their respective listeners.

With Christmas just around the corner, Radyo5’s 4th year anniversary contest will definitely be the perfect time for everyone to join in on the celebration and take home a special gift pack containing several limited edition items — so be sure to tune in to all Radyo5 92.3 News FM programs daily starting this Monday!
