Nuffnangers inviting you to join CDO Foodsphere Inc., the company behind our well-loved San Marino Tuna and Highlands Corned Beef, for the culminating activity of its year-long 40th anniversary celebration CDO @ 40: RUN FOR ODYSSEY. This is a benefit fun run in support of Odyssey Foundation Inc. (OFI) happening on November 8, 2015 at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
“We wish to cap off this year’s celebration with a meaningful activity that captures our thrust of continuously nourishing the lives of Filipinos,” says Jerome D. Ong, President of CDO Foodsphere Inc.
Proceeds of the fun run will support the supplemental feeding program of OFI, CDO’s corporate social responsibility arm. It has been serving more than 1.2 million meals to over 18,000 malnourished children administered from Sta. Ana, Cagayan in the North to Jaro, Leyte in the South.
Apart from the hundreds of CDO employees and industry partners joining the run, the general public are also enjoined to participate in the run for a cause event. The run will have 5k, 10k, and 21k groups for both male and female categories. Running enthusiasts, families, friends, and all who wants to support a worthy cause are welcome to join.
“You not only get up to the challenge of proving yourself in your chosen run category but you also help nourish the lives of thousands of undernourished children in the country,” says Jules Burton, Senior Manager for Human Resources Department of CDO Foodsphere Inc.
Registrations are held at Chris Sports outlets in Glorietta, SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, SM MOA, SM BF Homes and Market Market or register online at Takbo.ph until November 4, 2015.
