Being in a tropical country has its perks in that even when it’s rainy season, there still are days the sun comes out in full glory then many take road trips to beautiful destinations in and around the country.

And how better to up the adventure than aboard a snazzy ride? In this week’s episode of “Wheels TV,” several of its hosts take some of the latest car models for a spin. Matteo Guidicelli drives the Kia Forte, a new fun-to-drive compact car, even as Ulysses speeds off on a thrilling ride to Bicol and Camarines Sur behind the wheels of the new Ford Ranger. Viewers will take in the scenery and, at the same time, learn about the specs that increase the fun factor in these cars, enough to make you want to just to hit pedal to the metal and vroom away.

It’s not always solo travel on the show. In one segment, resident rider Kap Maceda-Aguila has broadcaster TJ Manotoc on the passenger seat. Or is it the other way around? And what will they talk about on the road? Who will do the interviewing? Find out.

Finally, learn how you can fight drowsy driving with practical tips and Energy Cobra.  This segment could mean the difference between life and death so don’t miss it.

All these and more on “Wheels TV,” your guide to life in the fast lane.  The show airs Saturdays (September 26) at 10:00 a.m. on ABS-CBN Sports + Action Channel.
