Two-time Emmy Award and Golden Globe winner, Bruce Willis, is set to star in the upcoming action-packed movie, “Extraction”, directed by the award-winning Steven C. Miller. Coming to cinemas on January 8, 2016 and to be distributed in the Philippines by OctoArts International Films and released in the USA by Lionsgate Premiere, “Extraction” is an American action-thriller film written by Umair Aleem. The film also stars Kellan Lutz (best known for playing Emmett Cullen in the Twilight Saga film series), Gina Carano, D.B. Sweeney, Dan Bilzerian, and Steve Coulter.
The film portrays Willis as Leonard Turner, a former CIA operative who was immensely devastated by his wife’s murder. Kellan Lutz takes on the role as Willis’s son, Harry Turner, who is also a deadly, young CIA operative. While the two are working on a super-weapon, Willis is kidnapped. The story revolves around Harry pushing his combat skills to the test to rescue his father from a group of terrorists. After learning that there is no aid coming their way, Harry sets to conduct a rescue operation on his own.
Jammed with highly-skilled operatives, deadly assassins, and international terrorists, “Extraction” will surely keep your eyes glued to the screen. Co-produced by Tim Sullivan, Brandon Grimes, and Gus Furla, “Extraction” is scheduled to hit theaters on January 8, 2016.
