“Your next memorable dining experience with your family or barkada is on us.”
This is what Filipino-Chinese restaurant CLASSIC SAVORY tells netizens as it invites them to join the #WeEatClassic digital photo contest where they could win a Sunday Night Classic Savory feast.
By sharing their most memorable dining experience either at home or at any Classic Savory branch, participants get the chance to cap the weekend by treating their family and friends to a sumptuous banquet of timeless and contemporary dishes, all to the account of the fast growing restaurant chain.
To participate, contestants must like Classic Savory on Facebook and Instagram. Upload a photo of their family or friends enjoying a meal together with the answers to the questions: “Why do you think sharing a meal with your loved ones is important?” and “What CLASSIC SAVORY dishes have become favorites in your family or barkada bonding?” Tag Classic Savory in your post and include the hashtag #WeEatClassic.
Two lucky winners of P3,000.00 Classic Savory GCs will be announced each week of September 19, and September 26 through the social media accounts of Classic Savory.
The Classic Savory restaurant traces its roots from the Savory Luncheonette put up in postwar Manila. After relaunching the old eatery known for its Savory Chicken and Pancit Lomi as Classic Savory in 2007, the casual dining restaurant chain has now grown to 80 branches nationwide, mostly situated in malls.
Classic Savory uses the same Chinese chicken recipe of the first Savory eatery to cook up one of Filipinos’ all-time chicken favorites – the Savory Chinese fried chicken. Coming up with the restaurant’s signature dish entails marinating fresh chicken in a secret blend of spices, and then frying it to perfection. It is served with its equally delectable gravy.
Their original pancit lomi recipe has also been preserved for generations of foodies to enjoy. It has become the Filipinos’ ultimate comfort food with its hearty, thick noodle soup relished with vegetables, seafood and meat.
Classic Savory has become known for its contemporary dishes as well. These include the Pancit Canton, Pata Tim, Shanghai Rolls, and many more.
