Ed Stafford: Into the Unknown follows Ed on a mission to investigate the planet’s newest mysteries. With photographs from the International Space Station and spy satellites showing strange and unexplained markings in some of the most remote and inaccessible places on the planet, Ed will set out to find the target, and solve the riddle.
Follow Ed’s quest starting October 6, Tuesday, at 8pm when he investigates the gigantic white lines popping up on satellite images in remote West Papua to a strange pattern of circular dots in the middle of the Danakil Desert. All these mysteries call out to him and he figures them out whatever they are, wherever they are.
Codes and Conspiracies takes you on new locations to explore more of the unknown and hidden stories of the world’s most iconic places, ground-breaking inventions, and influential people. The show goes behind the scenes to show things which an average tourist never gets to see, digging deep to reveal surprising facts that have been obscured by history.
