How do our daily activities affect Earth? Mass extinction has wiped out the planet’s living species five times way back in previous eras. Could we be responsible for the sixth? And this time, endangering our own species?

Experts scour the globe for answers. Environmentalists investigate a prime black market thriving off of slaughtering an overwhelming amount of aquatic species. Scientists continually check the atmosphere for carbon emission spikes. Photographers, through moving pictures, try their best to immortalize what’s left of the endangered species. Artists go all out to send an alarming message. Just how impactful are our actions for everything to come this far? Find out in the premiere of Racing Extinction, an eco-thriller documentary to air this December 2, Wednesday at 9PM. Catch the encores on December 3, 12:10PM, December 5, 12AM and December 6, 10PM.

Fishing is their livelihood, and nothing will stop them from feeding their families. A group of Hawaiian men and women dare to venture out in kayaks, alone, to catch some of the most desirable fish in sea. In these shark-infested waters, the slightest mistake could cost them their lives. Will they be able to pull this off? Find out in the series premiere of Pacific Warriors this December 7, Mondays at 9PM.

Jakub Vagner dedicated his life to catching the world’s biggest fish. Now, he’s heading out on a series of incredible journeys to some of the most inaccessible waters on the planet hunting down freshwater giants- rare and extremely tough to catch. But that shouldn’t be a problem for a world-record-breaking fisherman like Jakub. With his undying drive to unlock the secret lifestyles of these mighty predators, he’ll be willing to go to paddle down the Amazonian jungle-rivers, take on the Congo, braving the flooded rivers of Europe, and trekking to the remote corners of Mongolia. Follow the adventures of Jakub Vagner: Big Fish Man, a new series to premiere this December 22, Tuesday at 8PM.
