One Million Lights Philippines recently received a donation from DHL Express Philippines to help provide solar-powered lights to 84 households in impoverished communities. The donation came from the total proceeds collected at the auction during DHL’s recent customer thanksgiving dinner.

One Million Lights is a nationally awarded, youth-led, nonprofit and for-purpose organization that improves the quality of the life of Filipinos through better lighting by providing clean, safe, and affordable solar-powered lights to impoverished, off-grid communities around the country.
