Over 40 glampers (glamorous campers) enjoyed their relaxing and fun long weekend of health and wellness at “Glamping by Lifestyle: Pitch 2” in Nurture Wellness Village, Tagaytay.
For three days glampers experienced glamorous camping, an upgrade to camping fit for adventure seekers who love nature and the outdoors, but don’t want to compromise comfort. Glamping was also extra cool because of the chilly Tagaytay weather.
Lifestyle glampers also took part in various activities such as yoga sessions and a mandala workshop with certified Vinyasa yoga instructor Monica Manzano of FLOW Retreats, an organization that specializes a three-day surf, yoga, and samba weekend retreat since 2009.
Aside from yoga, glampers were also treated to a massage spa treatment, a healthy juicing demo with “The Green Mind” host Marco Lobregat,a back-to-back movie screening of chick flicks, and an organic farm tour. They also enjoyed an outdoor acoustic night with “Pinoy Dream Academy” alumnus RJ Jimenez and singer Zsaris Mendioro.
Its second glamping event of the year is one of Lifestyle’s way to further reach out to young, fun-loving Filipinos as part of its revamp earlier this year, which involves Lifestyle’s adoption of aheart-shaped logo and its introduction of the “love your life” campaign.
“For 16 years, Lifestyle has established itself as the one-stop lifestyle hub for career-driven Filipinos. As the channel turns a year older, we have decided to cater to the younger crowd as well to involve them in the channel’s call to embrace and love life,” Lifestyle’s channel head Tippy Benedito said.
In April, Lifestyle was also the first Filipinocable channel to introduce a beach glamping event in the country at the Summer Siren Festival, a beach music fest in Zambales’ Crystal beach.
“Glamping by Lifestyle: Pitch 2” is a project of Lifestyle, the premier cable channel and must-go lifestyle hub of modern and young Filipinos in partnership with FLOW Retreats and Coleman. Lifestyle belongs to the family of cable channels under Creative Programs, Inc. (CPI), a subsidiary of ABS-CBN.
