Sun Unveils Value-Packed Postpaid Plan 599 with Ryan Agoncillo as New Brand Ambassador

Following its successful campaign as a brand that champions best-value choices for Filipinos, Sun has launched Postpaid Plan 599, an irresistible bundle of calls, text, data and device that makes it the best postpaid plan 599 in the market today.

Sun Postpaid Plan 599 offers unlimited Sun calls and texts, 400 texts to other networks, and 400MB data per month as well as a free Android smartphone and Samsung 3V tablet easily trumping other offers at the same price point, which only includes unlimited calls and texts to same network, less data, and just a free phone.

“Our vision has always been anchored at providing the practical Filipinos with value-packed offers that will give them more than what they pay for,” said Sun Vice President for Postpaid Marketing Joel Lumanlan.

“Given the overwhelming positive response of the public to our latest campaign, we have decided to launch a new irresistible postpaid offer that will address the changing communications needs of the practical Pinoys today.”

New Addition to the Sun Family

The formal launch of the new postpaid plan comes alongside the announcement of Sun’s new brand ambassador, popular entertainment personality Ryan Agoncillo. Sun shares that Ryan’s addition to the Sun family inspires more practical Filipinos to do more by getting more than what they pay for.

“I am happy to be with Sun because I love being with brands whose values are kaparehas ng sa akin. For example, it is no secret that I have a number of projects and yet I still manage to pursue my own hobbies,” shares the new face of Sun, Ryan Agoncillo.

This launch follows Sun’s latest initiatives geared towards providing better value experiences to its subscribers.

Recently, Sun held a fly-off promo to bring lucky subscribers to the Madonna Rebel Heart concert in Las Vegas. It is also geared to launch another set of promos for Madonna’s concert in other Asian countries.

Sun also partnered with Disney to bring the biggest Disney events in the country, such as the Disney Live: Mickey’s Music Festival held this month and the upcoming and much-awaited Disney on Ice where Sun subscribers can enjoy special discounts and perks.
