Former sexy actress Patricia Javier is back in the country with her husband Dr. Rob Walcher, and they will let “Sports U” take a look into their training regimen. Watch them in action this Thursday (September 10) on ABS-CBN.Also, get to know the story of Vlad Hernandez, who is into marathons not for himself but for someone very close to him. The father races for his son, Kevin, who has been suffering from cerebral palsy for 24 years. The family noticed a change in their son when he was taken to a marathon using a special stretcher, which Vlad pushed around and thought that the activity actually did him well. Soon enough, the father and son raced through different weather conditions, making friends along the way.

Meanwhile, anchor Dyan Castillejo took the time to learn proper pull up techniques from the Army men in her Dyanfit segment. The Philippine Army celebrated Army of the Philippines week last week where prominent basketball players such as Greg Slaughter, Japeth Aguilar and LA Tenorio together with their teammates played an exhibition match and even joined the boodle fight to the delight of the soldiers.

“Sports U” aims to promote athletes who have inspiring stories to share and may possibly become future sports stars of the country. It also promotes fitness and healthy lifestyle by looking into how celebrities stay in shape. V

Tune in to “Sports U” this Thursday (September 10), 4:30 PM on ABS-CBN.
