The Valastros bring their business back to its true roots cake and family. Whatever the challenge, this baking family proves that no sticky situation can keep them apart.
Buddy Valastro and his cake-making team, including his four sisters, two brothers-in-law and cousins return to Cake Boss to whip up some of their most amazing creations yet. Each episode features exciting new projects for Carlo’s Bakery team, and with bigger clients and crazier cakes to be made, there is sure to be drama. With more responsibilities than ever, the team feels the heat as the Valastros work side-by-side to satisfy longtime customers, special guest stars and celebrities from around the world. As one of the most successful and renowned cake artists in the United States, Buddy continues to achieve his late father’s dream of making Carlo’s Bake Shop a household name. Cake Boss airs Wednesdays at 8PM on TLC.
In another side of the planet, Jamie Oliver brings his love of fresh food, cooking and his infectious enthusiasm to the iconic Sydney Opera House in front of a 2,000-plus live audience. Jamie’s Food Revolution Live at the Sydney Opera House is a fun, family-oriented, live stage show where Jamie asks everyone to join him on his revolution: sign the petition to get compulsory food education on the curriculum of every country in the world. The one-off Jamie’s Food Revolution Live at the Sydney Opera House premieres May 16, Monday at 8PM on TLC.
And in 2 Dudes & a Kitchen, baskin a fun-in-the-kitchen cooking show that teaches the audience (some of whom may not necessarily enjoy cooking) how to make simple “idiot-proof†meals in ten steps or less. The show features two buddies, Aaron and Lee, who have no other culinary qualifications other than being food lovers and passionate home cooks. They are regular guys who have full-time nine to five jobs and who go through the grind of everyday life just like everyone else, but are still able to find time to cook themselves, and occasionally friends and family, a good meal.
In each episode, they will teach the viewers to cook two to three dishes for a particular occasion. The occasions are made to mirror real life situations and range from cooking a meal for a new girlfriend to meeting the prospective in-laws to making a meal for football night with the boys.
The result simple yet impressive food and lots of fun. 2 Dudes & a Kitchen premieres May 23, airing Mondays at 9PM on TLC.
