Nicole & Carlo and Baihana will have their back to back album launch on June 13, 2016 at 12 Monkeys Bar, Century Mall, Makati City.
Nicole &Carlo, the sibling duo, will be joined by their band: Gabby Abes on drums, Lord Brian Soriano on guitar, Ryan Villamor on keys and JC Magsalin on bass.
Baihana, the 3-part female group, on the other hand, will be accompanied by Karmi Santiago on drums, Julius Lopez on bass, Paolo Cortez on guitar and Jesper Mercado on keys.
Both groups have been performing and making music since 2009 and they are grateful to still be journeying together after more than 8 years. The audience can expect original tunes (from their respective albums) as well as contemporary jazz pieces. Both albums are independently produced.
More than just to launch their albums, Nicole & Carlo and Baihana consider they upcoming event a Thanksgiving celebration for friends and music lovers who have been supporting them.
Nicole & Carlo and Baihana have also tapped some of their favorite bands to play at the launch — The Ryan Villamor Trio, The Modern Playground and Alas Medya.
The event is free and open to everyone. Show starts at 8:30 p.m.
