Celebrate A White Christmas At S Maison

It was indeed a very magical White Christmas at S Maison as they had their very first Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony last November 22 at the S Maison Main Atrium.

S Maison, which opened its doors back in June 2016, is a play of words that literally translates to “House of Sy”, similar to how French luxury fashion houses brand themselves. Being one of the newer malls in the Metro, S Maison takes pride in being a “Home of the Firsts”, housing several dining and lifestyle establishments that opened their first stores in the country.

The event commenced with the performance of the Manila Philharmonic Quartet as they welcomed all the guests with several classical renditions of traditional Christmas music, led by Maestro Rodel Colmenar. The program then, was officially opened by the host, Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdes, a well-known interior designer, columnist and philanthropist.

Mr. Perkin Bentley So, AVP for Operations of Premier 3, gave an inspirational Christmas message afterwards, inviting all the guests to explore what S Maison has to offer especially for the holidays. S Maison’s thoughtful assortment of restaurants and lifestyle establishments; and its art-inspired architecture definitely added to the White Christmas feel and theme of the mall.

The Ballet Philippines then gave a beautiful stage performance as they danced the Grand Pas De Deux of the Nutcracker Suite. The elegance of the dancers, the simplicity of their costumes and the sophistication of their dance moves made their performance one of the highlights of the night, leaving the guests in awe as they stepped off the stage.

With such high spirits after Ballet Philippines’ performance, everyone showed excitement as the main portion of the event the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony was next. With the help of Mr. Perkin So, Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdes, Santa Claus and the performers from Ballet Philippines, the S Maison Christmas tree came to life with all its bright lights, sparkling white and silver trimmings and glistening Christmas balls that made the tree an amazing show in itself.

Graced with the presence of several celebrity friends and influencers like actress Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan, fashion and lifestyle blogger Jenni Epperson, and homemaker-turned-blogger Ms. Grace Barbers-Baja to name a few; and with the full support of some of S Maison’s tenants like Uma Uma, Rossini, De Novo Diamonds and Paradise Dynasty, this event definitely turned out to be one amazing night to remember.
