They said miracles only happen to those who believe. What if it happened to you? This Holy Week, Karen Davila discovers a woodcarving shop built by miracle in Paete, Laguna on “My Puhunan” this Tuesday (March 22) on ABS-CBN.

The veteran broadcast journalist’s travels take her to the woodcarving capital of the country where various religious statues are made. She meets Diana Cagandahan, an owner of a statue-making shop that only started with a dream from an image of the Mother of the Eucharist and Grace that she owned.

The statue, according to Diana, brought them luck, especially in establishing their shop using their life savings. She made a leap of faith and it gave back to her tenfold.

Another featured business is Jorge Wieneke IV’s Tokyo Tempura, a restaurant that offers the perfect, sinless indulgence: the shrimp tempura and their tempura-all-you-can offering.

Find out how they have established their businesses and earn ideas on new sources of income with Karen Davila in “My Puhunan,” every Tuesday (March 22), after “Bandila” on ABS-CBN.
