Maybe Jose Rizal was really on to something when he said that the youth is the hope of the nation as kid inventors show off their eco-friendly and history-promoting robotic inventions this Sunday (March 6), 10am on “Matanglawin.”
See a robot that turns food waste into electricity and a robot that uses recycled papers to make new pencils in the most-awarded educational program hosted by Anak TV Hall of Famer, Kim Atienza.
To jumpstart its month-long 8th year anniversary, “Matanglawin” is shifting the spotlight to the young Filipino inventors from the award-winning Philippine Robotics Team, Mapua Institute of Technology, Dr. Yanga’s College, Colegio de San Juan de Letran, and Grace Christian Hope College, among others.
Aside from these inventions, viewers will get to know how a blanket can save you from fire emergencies and check out a special café called iCreate where they can chill and about robotics at the same time.
“Matanglawin” aims to educate kids and adults alike and explore the wonders of nature, technology, and general science as Kuya Kim explores every nook and cranny that he can reach for the sake of knowledge.
Tune in to “Matanglawin” this Sunday (March 6) ABS-CBN in the morning.
