“MMK” presents the story of a young rape victim whose world got broken apart when her very own mother refuse to believe her claims this Saturday (March 5) on ABS-CBN.

Teen actress Mariel Pamintuan plays Sally, who at age 6 was already molested by her uncle but chose to conceal it from her mom to protect her siblings from her uncle.

After many years, her mom Lydia (Sunshine Cruz) decided to let another man into her life the brother of her late husband Sally’s other uncle.

Everything seemed to be fine at first, until Sally was raped by her mother’s new husband.

Hoping to get support and help, Sally finally got the courage to tell Lydia that she was raped by her uncle, but her mother did not believe her.

How could Lydia’s distrust of her own daughter affect the life of young Sally?

Joining this “MMK” episode are Ronnie Quizon, Alex Medina, Carla Martinez, Lander Vera Perez, Laiza Comia, Lance Lucido, John Steven de Guzman, Micah Muñoz, Jennifer Mendoza, Noel Colet, Maila Gumila, and Erin Ocampo.

The episode is directed by Raz De La Torre and written by Arah Jell Badayos. “MMK” is led by business unit head Malou Santos.

Don’t miss the longest-running drama anthology in Asia, “MMK,” every Saturday on ABS-CBN.
