In a Grand Open House event recently held by NorthPine Land Inc. (NLI) at Silang, Cavite, one of the country’s trusted developers of horizontal communities launched Zinnia, the new addition to Kohana Grove’s set of house models.

Ranging from P2.9M- P3.6M, the house model is an additional option for the mid-income market buying a property at Kohana Grove.
Mr. Castillo further explained that the conceptualization of Zinnia touched on the simplistic appeal coupled with quality construction strictly applied in all NorthPine developments. The real estate developer guarantees more house model options in the future.
Other house models available at Kohana Grove are: Lotus, Magnolia, Gardenia and Cattleya with floor areas ranging from 42 sq.m. to 74 sq.m. The 8-hectare Silang, Cavite property is one of the developments by NLI with the most affordable house models. Prices of units range from P1.6M to P2.4M.
