NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI), one of the country’s trusted property developers and formerly known as Jardine Land, took part in the recent convention organized by the mother company, Jardine Matheson Group.
President, Alan Cruz, together with the NLI leadership team Ferdinand Macabanti (EVP), Raniel Castillo (VP for Sales and Marketing), Benigno Tatunay (CFO) and Wilma Fernando (VP for Corporate Services) met with the Jardine Matheson Group executives as well as those from the other subsidiaries in the Philippines.
Organized quarterly, the current assembly was presided by Country Chairman for Jardine Matheson Group Philippines, Aloysius B. Colayco, who showcased the nine companies currently active in the country, namely: Rustan Supercenters Inc. (RSCI), Rose Pharmacy, Hongkong Land, Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), Jardine Distribution, Inc., JEC Philippines, Jardine Schindler Elevator Corporation, The Dairy Farm Company Limited and NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI).
Jardine Matheson’s Deputy Chairman and Deputy Managing Director, Adam Keswick, was also present during the assembly. During his presentation, Keswick boasted of Jardine Matheson Group’s nearly 200 years of expertise in business ventures.
Founded in 1830’s by Scots William Jardine and James Matheson, the group first handled trade and shipment in China and soon extended to the South East Asian region. The enterprise runs several businesses and projects across the region up to this day. Businesses leaderships under Jardine Matheson Group vary from property developments, engineering, insurance, transportation, hotel & restaurants, pharmacy, etc.
