In a familiarization tour organized by NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI), one of the country’s trusted real estate developers, members of the company’s Pampanga Network of Brokers (PNB) were given a chance to explore the South where most of NLI’s projects are in progress.
Venturing in the horizontal development for over 20 years now, NLI is set to make its presence felt in the North. It is the company’s first time to tap the northern landscape for real estate development. NLI will be developing properties in Pampanga this 2016 and will endeavour to influence the business in the area.
As part of the big move, the company looks at making its PNB familiar with NLI’s prestigious portfolio in the South.
The assembly visited all NLI communities in Cavite and Laguna. The NLI team visited Kahaya Place, Greenwoods Village, and Wind Crest in Dasmariñas City where they took part in a tree planting activity within the property. The group were led further South to Kohana Grove, another development located in Silang, and to South Hampton at Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
“Not only are we aiming to spark an excellent start in the North this year, but as an equally important objective, we will make sure to fortify what we have already established in the South. This familiarization tour reassures that intention,” shares President Alan Cruz of NorthPine Land.
NLI is positive on taking the chance to explore new territories and embark on creating a name that will resound to a greater geographic market.
