Former PBB housemate hunk Tommy Esguerra joins Kuya Kim Atienza this Sunday (March 13) as “Matanglawin” travels to Ilocos Norte to ride waves and more in the continuation of their month-long 8th anniversary special.
Kuya Kim welcomes the new Adventurista of “Matanglawin” by taking him to the coastal province of Ilocandia, which is famous for its empanada, vintage Spanish-era houses, and crazy waves for surfing among others.
The pair will also explore the “New Hawaii,” a beach in Ilocos that was said to be rivaling the waves of Honolulu, where Tommy will play with a surfing dog named Toby. The other half of the popular “ToMiho” loveteam will also meet a 14 year old budding photographer who spices up his sightseeing.
“Matanglawin,” now on its 8th anniversary, aims to educate kids and adults alike and explore the wonders of nature, technology, and general science as Kuya Kim explores every nook and cranny that he can reach for the sake of knowledge.
