TSA Group, one of the largest BPO companies in Australia, has announced the opening of its second site in the Philippines located at the Five ECom Center within the Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex, Pasay City.
The new site will offer an exciting working environment for more than 500 new TSA team members, in addition to its current 1,000 employees at the Philamlife Tower site in Makati.
“The new TSA site is a solid indication of TSA’s growing presence in the Philippines. Four years ago, TSA started its operations in the Philippines with only 15 employees. Now we are steadily expanding our operations and business portfolio,” said Daniel Hill-Smith, Group Sales and Service Manager of TSA Group.
The TSA Philippines team will handle Inbound and Outbound Sales, Customer Service, Administration and Back Office activities on behalf of their clients across retail, financial services, insurance, telecommunications and utilities industries in Australia. The new Five ECom site, will also serve as the centre to provide support for one of TSA’s major industry partner, Telstra, Australia’s largest telecommunication and technology company.
The opening of the new Five Ecom Center within the Mall of Asia Complex is a testament of TSA’s longstanding commitment in the Philippines and an indication of its success as a company. It also stands as proof that TSA has the right talent, operational structure and business environment to grow in this market.
“We are very proud of the achievements in the Philippines in such as short span of time, and we are looking forward to continually growing our presence here. The Philippine operations have provided TSA the opportunity to become more competitive in the industries that it serve. We truly appreciate the business environment, the reliable infrastructure and the availability of quality talents” said Luke Kenny, CEO of TSA Group. “On the international front, TSA’s success highlights what the Philippines can offer as a BPO destination, and that TSA is in the right location for the expansion of our business,” added Kenny.
The completion of the MOA site marks TSA’s investment of more than $9M AUD to the Philippine BPO industry.
The state of the art facilities have been developed to encourage productivity, creativity and support the performance of the team. Notable features of the newly-opened location include a 460 seat operational agent capacity, five team huddle areas, over 25 unique one on one coaching areas, a themed pantry and lunch area, a game room where non-duty agents can relax and unwind, a table tennis area, boardroom, and its own sleeping quarters.
