Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. has continued to drive the love for motorcycles around the country by making sure that every Filipino gets the opportunity to experience being “Revved’. For 3 days, locals were engaged in different activities that made them more familiar with the brand such as the Amazing ride challenge. As one of the sponsors of the race, the 61 participants that registered with a Yamaha Motorcycle were given special items and one of the winners of the race was an FZ rider who received a prize from Yamaha.
There was also the Yamaha Racing Clinic for Kids. The Clinic gives the future riders their first taste of what’s it’s like to be on a motorcycle. This grass root program intends to give children the best fundamentals with educational training in a fun atmosphere. The clinic is conducted by Yamaha’s certified instructors from the motorsports division that make sure the kids are safe while giving them an additional bonding experience with their parents. A trail ride got the adults their own brand of fun with the trail ride using the XTZ 125 and the SEROW 250.
Yamaha also supported an activity off the roads in a beach volleyball competition with a total of 10 participating teams with 8 being formed by Yamaha Club groups. The event was a partnership with Ropali that had a special program lined up for the evening. The Yamaha segment featured a dance performance from the “Hot Movers”. That wasn’t the only exciting part; raffle winner Adeline Arorita who won an XTZ125 last year continued her lucky streak by winning an RS110F.
The continuous showcase by Yamaha around the country is a testament to the passion of sharing the joy of riding. The brand will continue to be part of celebrations such as these across the country and the philosophy of Revs your Heart is slowly and surely becoming a household saying.
