Cebu Pacific Air is deeply saddened by the tragic events at Resorts World Manila earlier today.
We would like to inform guests travelling to/from Manila today that the following options are available to them:
- Rebook for free within 30 days;
- Get a full refund
- Place the full cost of the ticket in a travel fund for future use
Affected passengers are advised to contact our hotline, 702-0888 to make arrangements. They may also message the official Cebu Pacific Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/cebupacificair) or Twitter (@CebuPacificAir) accounts.
We also advise guests intending to travel today to allot additional time for check-in and processing at the airport due to heightened security. Please note that some Cebu Pacific flights have been delayed or cancelled as a result of this morning’s incident. Passengers who are affected by these cancelled flights who wish to continue their journey will be rebooked on the first available flights.
