The Hollywood Reporter – the definitive interpretive voice of the mainstream entertainment industry – announced today the returning season of “Mom vs Matchmaker,” set to premiere on March 14 only on Myx TV, a network targeting Asian American viewers.
“Mom vs Matchmaker” is a reality series focused on finding the perfect match for millennials. Matchmaking professional Carmelia Ray challenges the mothers of the contestants in finding a suitable date for their kid. Each will set up a date in the hopes that their pick will be chosen. The singles find out at the end of the episode who prepared which date.
