Jardine Distribution Inc. recently sealed a partnership with Rotam Crop Sciences Ltd., a fast-growing international organization that focuses on crop protection products or agrochemicals, to ensure that Filipino farmers have continuous access to world-class products that aid them in maximizing their harvest.
Rotam, which is composed of 59 companies that operate in over 65 countries worldwide, is offering in the Philippines the Methomyl insecticide one of its most successful products. Locally known as Meto Might, the insecticide will be distributed by JDI as part of its impressive portfolio of insecticides.
The distribution agreement between JDI and Rotam was made official by a contracting signing, which had the companies’ representatives in attendance, namely: Edwin Hernandez, JDI president; Joevic Pasit, JDI vice president for Sales; Robert Littaua, JDI marketing manager; Yven Almamel, JDI brand assistant; Nanding Tagalog, JDI Technical Services Manager; Dr. Bakthan Ramasamy, Rotam Southeast Asia’s regional head; and Dany Shen, Rotam APAC and Middle East emerging area head.
