Manila Water recently held a ceremonial groundbreaking for its Emergency Reservoir Project at the Sto. Rosario Elementary School in Barangay Sto. Rosario-Kanluran, Pateros. The simple ceremony signals the commencement of the construction of the 50-cubic-meter underground reservoir, intended to serve as a potable water source in evacuation centers in the aftermath of disasters and calamities.
